Used to have Dr. Darling but Dr. Cousins is very nice as well and I would happily choose him again. I really like the dental assistants and hygienists here. I was in and out very quickly which is a plus. I have had lots of work done and they always do a good job.

Dr. Cousins was very kind, empathetic and good at explaining what he was doing. The office seems to have all the latest and dental technology. In my experience, this is the first time I’ve gotten a filling where I walked out with my bite feeling normal the first time. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was new to his office, but he made me feel like he really cared about me as a patient and inspired confidence.

I have gone to Legacy for 10 years and I could not be happier with this practice. Dr. Darling was wonderful and her replacement Dr. Cousins is an incredible, kind and courteous dentist. I have had two fillings by Dr. Cousins, both times he explained concern about how deep they were and that if I experienced pain afterwards to call him (even on the weekend). as he might need to do a root canal. Neither time did I experience pain afterwards and I feel that that is a testament to how good and meticulous of a dentist he is. ALL of the hygienists and office staff also do a wonderful job and always kind, professional and friendly. I don’t write reviews very often but felt compelled to write a review today as I had an appointment this morning and was just thinking about how I have NEVER had a bad experience here and what a rare occasion that can be these days. I think Dr. Darling deserves 10 stars, but I can only give 5. I haven’t always had the best experiences when it has come to dental care in the past but with Dr. Darling and her staff, it has always been better than expected. I have had the misfortune of needing to contact her office twice for urgent dental concerns. Both times the doctor personally contacted me OUTSIDE OF WORK HOURS to help me. If that isn’t the greatest level of patient care, I don’t know what is. I would highly recommend.
