My semi annual visit with Legacy Dental was yesterday and I came out feeling pleased as always. From a friendly greeting when I arrived, great care while there and setting up the next visit before leaving, everything was smooth as always. Can’t recommend Dr. Cousins and his practice highly enough.

Used to have Dr. Darling but Dr. Cousins is very nice as well and I would happily choose him again. I really like the dental assistants and hygienists here. I was in and out very quickly which is a plus. I have had lots of work done and they always do a good job.

Dr. Brandon deserves more than 5 stars. Initial contact with staff is outstanding. Entering office instills immediate confidence. Technicians extremely competent and caring. Dr. Brandon is open and honest. He exudes competence. Hard to find any doctor today who is patient oriented and not just in the business to make money. Surely will be recommending to others.

Dr. Cousins was very kind, empathetic and good at explaining what he was doing. The office seems to have all the latest and dental technology. In my experience, this is the first time I’ve gotten a filling where I walked out with my bite feeling normal the first time. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was new to his office, but he made me feel like he really cared about me as a patient and inspired confidence.

I have gone to Legacy for 10 years and I could not be happier with this practice. Dr. Darling was wonderful and her replacement Dr. Cousins is an incredible, kind and courteous dentist. I have had two fillings by Dr. Cousins, both times he explained concern about how deep they were and that if I experienced pain afterwards to call him (even on the weekend). as he might need to do a root canal. Neither time did I experience pain afterwards and I feel that that is a testament to how good and meticulous of a dentist he is. ALL of the hygienists and office staff also do a wonderful job and always kind, professional and friendly. I don’t write reviews very often but felt compelled to write a review today as I had an appointment this morning and was just thinking about how I have NEVER had a bad experience here and what a rare occasion that can be these days. Thank you Legacy Dental! 🙂

Everything about Legact Dental is great! Dr. Cousins isn't just wonderful on a professional level but personal as well. I know he took over for Dr. Darling but I would have picked him for my dentist regardless. The staff and hygienist are friendly and always accommodating to the fact that I sometimes have to bring my kids with me. Great environment and I fully trust them with the well-being of my teeth!

Like most people, I usually dread going to the dentist - but Dr. Cousins and his office changed that for me. I recently broke a piece of my tooth and even though I was expecting the worst, this team made the entire experience genuinely pleasant. The girls at the front are super friendly and know who you are before you even sign in and the team in the back work flawlessly with the doctor like they have been doing this for years. Dr. Cousins uses the highest technology and took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. What could have required several appts was completed in one visit. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this office.

January 2026- Dr cousins and his staff continues to deliver terrific customer service. They are great regarding reaching out to their patients in a timely manner. Dr Cousins and his office truly personifies phenomenal customer service. I reached out to them within a half an hour Dr cousins himself reached out to me and addressed all of my concerns. The staff is absolutely amazing they were very personable while being professional as well as efficient. As soon as I left their office as I was walking to my car I was calling other Dental appointments that I had set up at other offices to cancel appointments with those other offices. I feel that I have found the ideal dental office the other ones that I spoke with did not even come close to Legacy's level of customer service

Dr. Cousins and the entire staff are extremely efficient and friendly. Dr. Cousins is incredibly detail oriented. The dental hygiene staff are terrific as well as the office personnel. I would recommend Legacy Dental to anyone. You are treated, and respected, as a patient not as a number.

Dr. Cousins and Legacy Dental hve been my provider for several years now. It's always a great experience. Efficient and great communication. I started invisalign with Dr. Cousins earlier this year and I am almost done with my treatment. The process has been very smooth and easy. Dr. Cousins is the best dentist I know. I’ve been to several but none so personable, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable as Dr. Cousins. What I love most is that he can relate to a problem and say ‘I know how you feel’ and work patiently create a plan of action that worked for me. I think Dr. Darling deserves 10 stars, but I can only give 5. I haven’t always had the best experiences when it has come to dental care in the past but with Dr. Darling and her staff, it has always been better than expected. I have had the misfortune of needing to contact her office twice for urgent dental concerns. Both times the doctor personally contacted me OUTSIDE OF WORK HOURS to help me. If that isn’t the greatest level of patient care, I don’t know what is. I would highly recommend.

I’m always happy with the job that Dr. Darling and the Hygienist’s do. The office staff was so helpful and courteous to me even when I needed to reschedule some appointments.
